Site-Ex Subcontracts to Public Utility installation companies in the areas of Pavement Reinstatement and Traffic Management. It is registered with Main Roads WA and is ISO 9001-2015, ISO 45001& AS/NZS 4801 Certified. Employees hold various accreditation's and inductions including NBN, Telstra, Western Power & Water Corporation.
Traffic Management
Site-Ex has fully equipped Traffic Management crews and AWTM accredited planners providing:
- Traffic Control Diagrams
- Traffic Management Plans
- Road Authority Permits.
- LGA Obstruction/Parking Permits
- Lane closures
- Stop/Slow
- Contraflows
Concrete Reinstatement
Site-Ex will remove and reinstate the whole pathway or driveway panels (control joint to control joint), as required in the Code of Practice.
Site-Ex will reinstate all forms of concrete pavement and kerbing including; full coloured, stamped, stonewashed and various limestone products and finishes.
Synthetic Turf Reinstatement
Site-Ex has been reinstating all varieties of turf, including synthetic, for over 9 years.
In addition, we will also repair damaged retic if required.
Asphalt Reinstatement
Site-Ex reinstates asphalt pathways, driveways, roadways and car parks and, as with all reinstatements, the Company is held responsible for their condition for up to twelve months.
It is imperative that all trenching contractors follow basic compaction guidelines when backfilling. If this cannot be achieved, Site-Ex can be organised to assist. A NATA Certified company would need to be organised by the customer if a certificate is required.
Brick Reinstatement
Site-Ex reinstates all brick paved surfaces including stonewashed surrounds in the CBD.
Although Site-Ex will compact with a vertical rammer as part of its preparation works, this may not attain the required compaction levels below 400mm from ground level. This must be attained by the trenching contractor by backfilling and compacting at 300mm lifts.
General Repairs
Site-Ex is also contracted to supply other services, which may not be industry specific.
This includes repairs to:
- Brickwork
- Limestone retaining walls
- Rock walls
