Asphalt Restoration
Site-Ex provides professional asphalt restoration for pathways, driveways, roadways, and car parks. We are committed to high-quality workmanship, and as with all our reinstatements, we remain responsible for the condition of the surface for up to twelve months following completion.

Ensuring a Stable Foundation
To prevent the asphalt from sinking or cracking over time, it is imperative that the ground underneath is properly prepared. While Site-Ex can be organised to assist with preparation, all trenching contractors must follow basic compaction guidelines when backfilling. A stable base is the most important factor in ensuring the longevity of your new asphalt surface.

Red Asphalt
We use a premium brown laterite (gravel) stone with red oxide added during production to achieve a red/burgundy finish.
-
The Fading Process: New red asphalt will oxidise and fade progressively for up to 18 months.
-
Colour Matching: Because of the natural aging and fading of existing surfaces, an exact colour match is nearly impossible.
-
What to Expect: Upon completion, the new asphalt will appear much darker (almost black) than the older surrounding areas. It typically takes a few months to settle into a similar shade, and a noticeable difference in colour during this time should be expected.
Driveways
Restoring a residential driveway requires careful attention to detail to ensure a smooth transition to the garage or existing property lines. We focus on delivering a level, durable finish that maintains the curb appeal of your home while standing up to daily vehicle use.
Roads & Carparks
For larger areas like roadways and car parks, we provide heavy-duty asphalt reinstatement designed for high-traffic volumes. If the project requires Traffic Management to ensure the safety of our crew and the public, Site-Ex can supply the necessary personnel and equipment to manage the site safely.
