​Water Corp Watering Exemption
If you use sprinklers, we highly recommend applying for a Water Corp exemption immediately. This allows you to water outside your rostered days, which is vital for new turf survival.

Watering Requirements: New lawns typically need watering 3 times daily for the first 2–3 weeks to establish roots.

Exemption Timing: We suggest applying for this exemption as soon as possible, as the approval typically begins from the day of installation.

Natural Lawn
When restoring your yard or verge, we make every effort to match your existing lawn to ensure a seamless result. Site-Ex reinstates several common varieties suited to Perth’s climate:

Kikuyu Common/Generic, Village Green, Zulu, Carabooda, Kenda etc
A medium to dark green turf with a coarse texture, forming dense mats that thrive in warm climates. Ideal for sunny, high use areas, but not recommended for shaded areas as it will become dormant/brown. Excellent drought tolerance due to deep roots, but will require consistent moisture during extreme hot weather. Will need regular mowing in summer and nitrogen-rich fertilizer every 3-4 months.
Couch Wintergreen, Santa Ana, Windsor Green, Nullarbor, etc
High-wearing, warm season turf known for its fine texture, excellent drought tolerance, and rapid growth. Ideal for active, sunny, high traffic areas. Couch requires at least 6-7 hours of direct sunlight daily and will not grow in the shade. Requires deep, infrequent watering, excellent drought tolerance due to deep roots, but may brown slightly in extreme, extended dry periods.

Buffalo Sir Walter, Matilda, Palmetto, Bison, etc
A warm-season turf known for its broad, soft and light-to-mid-green leaves. Ideal for shaded, high traffic areas due to Its dense, thick, carpet-like sod that resists wear. Thrives in warm coastal climates, but also has superior shade tolerance compared to most warm season lawns. Requires deep, infrequent watering to encourage deep roots.
Synthetic Lawn
For properties that previously featured synthetic turf, we provide professional reinstatement including precise re-pinning. Because this is a man-made product, it provides an immediate "finished" look without the establishment period required for natural grass.

Some Local Governments have restrictions on installing Synthetic Lawn on verged areas. So this maybe an issue if you have it and need it reinstated.
