Water Corp Exemptions
For any areas where new plants, garden beds, or lawn have been installed, proper hydration is critical for survival.

Exemption Application: We highly recommend applying for a Water Corp Exemption immediately.

Roster Flexibility: This exemption allows you to run your sprinklers outside of your standard rostered days during the establishment period.

Installation Date: We suggest applying as soon as possible, as approvals typically begin from the date the restoration is completed.
Reticulation Repairs
If your reticulation system is damaged during excavation, Site-Ex is equipped to perform full repairs or replacements to get your watering system back online.
We typically prioritize these repairs and complete them before other restoration works, such as laying new lawn or planting garden beds. By ensuring the watering system is fully operational first, we avoid the need to disturb your newly installed landscaping to fix underlying pipework later.
To properly test and commission the system, our team will require access to your reticulation control box.

Garden Beds & Plants
When restoring your garden beds, Site-Ex focuses on returning the soil and vegetation to their original state. We replant existing or matching species and finish the area with fresh mulch or decorative gravel that matches your remaining garden beds.
Garden Edging
We reinstate all varieties of garden edging to ensure your landscape remains defined and tidy. Our team is also experienced in repairing structural and decorative garden walls to maintain the integrity of your property.
​Whether your property features concrete kerbing, timber sleepers, or decorative brickwork, we ensure the replacement matches your existing style.​
Letterboxes, Walls & Decorative Features
Utility works often occur near property boundaries, which may require the temporary removal or relocation of your letterbox. If your letterbox is affected, we ensure it is reset at the correct height and position using matching materials where possible to ensure the result blends back into your landscape.
We also repair or reinstate general decorative features that may have been disturbed, such as garden ornaments, paved focal points, or gravel pathways. Our team focuses on precise placement to ensure these elements return to their original positions exactly as they were.
We reinstate limestone blocks and natural rock walls for stability. For decorative brick pillars or walls, we make every effort to match the original brick type and mortar colour for a seamless repair.

Some Local Governments have restrictions on what can be planted/installed within verged areas. So this maybe an issue if you have non-compliant vegetation, garden features and ornaments.
